I believe this was the first public performance of this tune, I don't think we've played it since then. We're still working on it. The Recorder missed the first 3 minutes of it, but the bulk of it is there, and it's turning out to be one of my favorites.

I'm unaware of what this was recorded with, but if it IS an iphone, I'm impressed. I apologize for the verticality of this video. I understand there was margaritas involved.

Pre-production

We started making some pre-production demos in our studio earlier this month. The plan is to record the entire album at home first, and make sure it's just how we want it. Then, we'll go somewhere and pay for it to sound proper.

See, we totally intend to record our albums over and over again before they're actually done.

Once I have something complete, I'll post it on THIS site. somehow.

Thanks to everyone who braved the crappy weather and came out to the BBC on Saturday. Being that this was our first show in over 6 months and with a new guitarist it was great to see all of you there. I don't think any of us could have expected such a turnout and such a great response. We'd also like to thank Canyon and Kamadevah for putting on excellent sets and making it a great night for all involved. If you missed the show make sure you still check these guys out.

We apologize to anyone who may have showed up for the Borg Ward show last night. The show was canceled after the two touring bands had to drop off due to various issues. We'll be playing at the Borg Ward again May 18th so if you were planning on going to yesterdays show, please come check us out then instead.

It will be the first show in six months, the first show with Mr. John Grant on the guitar, and the first show with this new collection of songs in a new tuning. Yes, we have gotten heavier and louder.

And! and...interestingly enough, Kamadevah features old cohort Anna Klement, whom played the violin with us from 2003-2005. So you'll have the added bonus of laughing at us while we try to be civil adults...civil adults that drink...booze.

Lastly, we might finally have some t-shirts available at the show. maybe, if your lucky.(read: if we can afford it)

It's been close to a year since the old website was updated, because it was an absolute pain in the neck, I imagine. It's been even longer since that site would have been considered for a "participant" award.

Just a little bit more website half-assing, at least until we figure out how-or whom- to make the kind of website we want.
